Are you aware of the Food Truck phenomenon? I love the food! I have been eating off roach coaches for the past few years at work... I am obsessed with the yummy greasy tasty carne asada tacos. But these new food trucks are gourmet made by culinary school graduates who are passionate about food and their trucks. I have yet to encounter a grumpy rude food truck owner, they are all so friendly! Tonight we hit up a local spot with multiple trucks. Of course I started with dessert first, who can pass up a delicious ice cream cookie sandwich?
